He is survived by: his spouse Linda "Lulu"; his children, Keith Rutkowski of Francis, Blake Rutkowski, Papa Rutkowski of Taytum, Jake Rutkowski, Godfather Rutkowski of Denise Williams and Jeffrey Rutkowski; his parent Francis Slawek Sr; and his siblings, Cynthia Knapczyk (Ronald), Diane Williams (late Kenneth) and Mark Slawek (Laura). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
