He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hastie and Eleanor Hastie. He is survived by: his sister Marge Hastie; his friend Carol Berlinski; and his close friends, Davey, Pam Haettich, Keybee and Bonnie. He is also survived by many other friends and cousins.

Memorials to Hospice Buffalo, Inc. or St. Jude Children's Hospital appreciated.
