He was predeceased by : his parents, Casimer Norman and Celia Norman. He is survived by : his siblings, David Norman (Roxann) and Thomas Norman (Lorraine); and his nieces and nephews, Denise, David (Christina), Timothy (Melissa) and Rebecca (Ronald). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.

Donations in Jerome's name to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.
