He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Jermy and John Jermy; his sister Vickie; and his son Brian Piccolo. He is survived by : his wife Melissa Cannon; his siblings, Bert Jermy, Kevin Jermy, Bobbi Jermy (Robert) and Thomas Jermy; his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Jermy, Shelley Piccolo and Michael Grover; and his children, Shannon Piorkowski (Walter), John Campbell (Veronica), Ralph Jermy, Tara Young and Torrie Green (Richard). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
