He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Anacleto Hernandez and Amelia Hernandez (Flores). He is survived by: his son Henry Hernandez (Beatrice); his stepdaughters, Lisa Lyons (Rob) and Linda Gilliam; and his brothers, William Hernandez (Anna) and German Hernandez (Gladys). He is also survived by several several nieces, nephews and cousins.
