She was predeceased by: her siblings, Walter Maciag (Carol), Joan Maciag and Bernice Lukasiewicz. She is survived by: her husband David C. Zubek; her son Timothy Zubek (Laura); her granddaughter Lucy Zubek; and her sisters, Adele Pyszczek (late Walter) and Frances Zandi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
