She was predeceased by: her stepsibling William Hark. She is survived by: her spouse Gerard Wieczkowski Jr; her children, Jeffrey A. (Michelle Marans), Neil and Julie Wieczkowski (Lawrence Perkins); her siblings, Christine Lukowski (Joseph) and Francine Hochulski (Richard); her stepsiblings, Michael Hark, David Hark, Sherry Hark and Mary Dojka; and her friend Mertz.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathleen's memory to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
