It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou (Persaing) Ciesielski of Buffalo, New York, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward D. Ciesielski; and her son Timothy. She is survived by: her children, James (Donna), John, Mary Carole Baker and Andrew (Jill); and her grandchildren, Cheryl (Jayson), Amy Beth (Lucas), David (Alexandra), Nicole, Brandon, Candice, Amanda (Michael), Sarah (Anthony), Joshua and Zachary. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home - Cheektowaga (2510 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church Order Flowers (4125 Union Rd, Buffalo, NY 14225).
