Farina (Andrew J.) and Jacquelynn M. Potempa (John D.); her grandchildren, Lucy, Mia, Gianna, Joseph, Paxton, Enzo and Parker; and her siblings, Ann Ellis-King, John Ellis, II and Michael Ellis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The DiLauro family will be accepting flowers, but due to extreme allergies please no roses.
