It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma B. Frauenhofer (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Frauenhofer; her child Thomas Frauenhofer (Debra); and her siblings, Maureen Day (Alan), Margaret Blackley (Lewis), Edward, Robert (Gloria), Vincent (R. Patricia), Donald (Marie), Thomas Burns (Milly) and James Burns (Joan).

She is survived by : her children, Donna Frauenhofer (Richard Fernandez), Peggy Galante (Charles), Elizabeth Powalski (Mark), David (Debbie), D. Chris (Susan), Gregg (Lisa) and Kurt Frauenhofer; and her sister-in-law Mary Alyce Burns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church (565 E Park Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thelma's memory to Sisters of Charity Hospital, 2157 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14214.
