He is survived by: his spouse Laura Kachelmeyer; his children, Jacob Kachelmeyer (Maricelle), Jared Kachelmeyer, John Kachelmeyer (Joanne) and Josiah Kachelmeyer (Jennifer Donato); his grandchildren, Owen and Luke; his parent Ruth Kachelmeyer; and his siblings, Carol Hillman (George), David Kachelmeyer (Lucy Setlock) and Judy Thomas (Wade). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
