He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Theresa Caito (Zambito); his sons, Mark (Anita) and Joseph Caito (Lisa); his grandchildren, Vincent, Gianna and Joseph Caito; and his siblings, Joseph Caito (Rose), Anna Guerra (late Donald), Michael (Sue) and Anthony Caito (Lancine).
