He is survived by: his wife Janet (Casale); his brother Gerard; his sister-in-law Carol; his daughters, Lisa, Michele and Janine (Davies); his son-in-law Thomas; his grandchildren, Loriann, Dayna, Michael, Matthew and Jason; and his great grandchild Leanna.
Family is requesting that all visitors wear a mask.
