He was predeceased by : his mother Nina Rush. He is survived by : his wife Lala Lehto-Ives; his children, Leighta Marie, Francesca Palumbo-Johnson (Obie) and Michael Palumbo; his granddaughter Oriana; and his brothers, Richard Ives and Stephen Ives. He is also survived by many extended family members & close dear friends.
