It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Grupe of Cairo, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Katta and Frances Katta; her daughter Diana; and her brother Stanley Katta of Brooklyn, N. Y. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Grupe (Meredith) and Richard Grupe; her son-in-law David Cassimore; her grandchildren, Heather Jump, Kyle Grupe Trevor Grupe (Marueen) and Michael Grupe; her parents-in-law, Alice and Eddie Savage; Linda Steiner Savage, Dorie Savage and Norman Steiner. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, and friends.
