He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin S. Juckett Sr. and Grace Juckett (Day). He is survived by: his wife Christina A. Juckett (Salvatore); and his children, George, Michael, Holly, Nathan and Kimberly. He is also survived by two grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, and several nieces and nephews.
