We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2019, at the age of 53, James J. Voulo Jr. (Cairo, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, James Voulo and Catherine Voulo (Biondo); his wife Angela Voulo (Ahlers); his children, Michael (Monica), Joseph and Andrea (William); his grandchildren, Mia, Jodi, Madelyn and Ethan; his siblings, Anthony, Barbara (Allen), Erica (Maurice) and Amanda (Tom); and the mother of his children Elizabeth Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his former wife.
