He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Engelmann and Sioban Engelmann (O'Callahan); his sons, Jeffrey Engelmann and Gary Acker; his brothers, Hank Engelmann and Fred Engelmann; and his sister-in-law Carolyn "Toot" Engelmann.
He is survived by: his daughter Karin Colangelo (Engelmann); his children-in-law, Joe Colangelo, Carola Engelmann (Quirk) and Alison Acker; his sister-in-law Mina Engelmann (Metzler); his stepdaughters, Wendy Guy (Fran) and Pam Overbaugh (Hank Yost); his grandchildren, Christie Engelmann, Carra Haskin, Carly Holland (Chris), Caytie Engelmann, Michael Engelmann, Michael Acker, Robert Acker (Wendy), Casey Fisher (Guy) and Ashley Fawkes; and his great grandchildren, Tristan Haskin, Garrett Haskin and Casey Holland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
