We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2020, at the age of 80, Jack Southcombe (Caledonia, New York), born in Brockport, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Southcombe to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his wife Susan; his son Jack Jr. (Judy); and his sister Vineta Johnson (Paul). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private burial will be held for immediate family only due to the restrictions of COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice 2 Murray Hill Drive.
