He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus O'Halloran and Julia Marrero Perez; and his siblings, Juan, Julia and Joseph.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Anne Turner (Joseph); his grandchildren, Yasmin Campos (Jose), Jessica Miller and Jarell Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Amiyah, Ava, Jackson and Brandon.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home (406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church - Riverhead (546 St Johns Pl, Riverhead, NY 11901). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031).
