He is survived by : his parents, Richard Chadwick and Janice Chadwick of Hartford, NY; his wife Jill A. Hahn Chadwick of Cambridge, NY; and his sister Renee Chadwick-Savoie of Wetumpka, AL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Facial coverings or masks are required, and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of the church.
