He was predeceased by : his parents, Leland Smith and Isabel Smith (Rockefeller). He is survived by : his brother Loren Smith (Joan) of Pennsburg, PA; his nephews, Aaron Smith of Derry, NH, Stacey Smith (Karen) of Zionsville, PA and Shane Smith (Joelle) of Macungie, PA; his great-nieces, Sarah, Kate and Molly; his great-nephew Jack Smith of Zionsville, PA; and his cousins, Ken Smith (Sharon) of Fort Plain, C. J and Mary West (Dan) of Little Falls.
