It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo-Ann E. Blanco-Russell of Canandaigua, New York, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Linwood C. Russell; her siblings, Bernice Blanco, Richard Caccamise and Eileen Shortt; and her parents, William Moag and Evva Moag (McClain).
She is survived by: her children, Roann Arbore (Nicholas) and Lisa Zillioux (Michael); her stepdaughter Cynthia Weissend (Charles); her grandchildren, Amanda Bluett (Jason), Michael Arbore (Heather), Meghan Kwaczala (Chris), Alexa DeSain (Ryan), Sara Lewis and Jeff Weissend; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Gabriella, Audra, Xander and Elizabeth; and her siblings, Marie Potter and David Simbueski (Patti). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
