He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Burley and Mildred Burley (Bassett). He is survived by : his wife Lorraine E. Severance; and his siblings, Francis Burley (Rose) of Burns, Dale Burley (Marcia) of Canisteo, Neal Burley (Robin) of Fremont, Calvin Burley (Nellie Jo) of Norfolk, VA. and Arlene Alexander of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
