He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Parker and Carrie Parker (Woodworth); his wife Diane Carr; his son Joshua Parker; and his sister Florence Wise.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Parker of Sebastian, FL, Elizabeth Parker of Hornell and Adam Parker of North Port, FL; and his siblings, Linda Cole (Edward) of Canandaigua and Richard Parker of York.
