With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Marie Hughes of Canisteo, New York, born in Newark, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen Petty and Margie Petty; and her brother Bill Petty. She is survived by : her spouse Jamie Hughes; her daughters, Kim Jones (Jessie) of Kentucky and Misty Woodems of Kentucky; and her brother Richard Petty of Marion, NY. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.

Ellie's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
