He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gardner and Vivian Gardner (Wilcox); and his siblings, Donald Gardner, James Gardner, Alan Gardner, William Gardner, Darrell Gardner, Myra Gardner, Vivian Gardner, Jeanette Evingham and JoAnn Updyke.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Norton; his children, Jack Gardner Jr. (Teresa) of Canisteo, Alan Gardner of Hornell and Traci Porter (Mike) of Canisteo; and his cousin Deanna Coates. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's name may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease.
