He is survived by : his mother Jo Ellen York (Leasure) of Belle Haven; his wife Theresa Houghtelling; his daughters, Nevaeh Jo and Gemma Grace Rhude; his father Ronald D. Rhude (Jane) of Avoca; his siblings, Sandra Burdick (Ben) of Canisteo, Ryan York (Jennifer) of Augusta, SC and Meagan York of Canisteo; his nephews, Daniel, Tyler, Jase Burdick, Cooper York, Lucas Williams and Tristan Randall; his niece Lilly Graham; his parents-in-law, Jimmie and Carol Houghtelling of Canisteo; and his sister-in-law Camilla Houghtelling of Canisteo. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions in Will's name may be made to the Hearts of ALS, 1899 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
