We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2022, at the age of 93, James Tompkins of Carmel, New York, born in Brewster, New York passed away. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Hart George Tompkins and Jessie Mae Tompkins (Odell); and his sister June of Carmel. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
