It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucille H. Flanders (Carthage, New York), who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Manchester and Doris Manchester (Phelps); her sister Beverly Manchester; and her granddaughter Astrid Reisinger. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Flanders; her daughter Marcy Flanders; her grandchildren, Oliver Reisinger of Carthage, Dahlia Reisinger of Carthage and Grant Lindsey of Carthage; and her sisters, Barbara J. Manchester and Yvonne Marie Evans.
