In loving memory of Mona Paragon of Carthage, New York, born in Lowville, New York, who departed this world on August 4, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parent Lou Emma Rowsam Sr.; her son Christopher H. Paragon; her father Brother Ken Rowsam Jr. (Lou Emma Rowsam Sr.); and her sister Brenda Caschetta (Rowsam). She is survived by: her husband Vinnie; her children, Vincent J. Paragon Jr. (Carrie), Mary Beth Renaud (Robert) and Ann Marie Jordan (Scott); her grandchildren, Sarah Vehr (Alex), Amanda Sennish (Ethan), Abigail Baretz (Carter), Joshua Renaud (Brittany), Jesse Edgar (Sara), Amelia Dotson (Ray), Marley Bella Stay-Brimm (Michael), Alexander Jordan (Elize), Colton Jordan (Madelyn) and Luke Jordan; her great grandchildren, Max, Charlie, Harper, Avery, Shyan, Briggs, Addie, Brayden, Mia, Quinn, Scarlett, Vonn and Conrad; and her brother Brett Rowsam (Patty).
A rosary was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (327 West St, Carthage, NY 13619). Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saint Anthony's Catholic Church (850 Arsenal St, Watertown, NY 13601). A Mass was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
