He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor June Conklin Hoch; his parents, Heinrich "Henry" Hoch and Elisabeth Marie Hoeckelsberger Hoch; and his grandson Joshua Luke Hamner. He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Lynda Hoch and Holli Dyanne Hoch Hamner (John) of Greenvile, SC; his grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Hamner Loose (Geoff) of Nashville, TN and Joel Lawrence Hamner (Chrissie); his great grandchildren, Ashton Luke, Hunter Logan Hamner and Levi Hewes Loose; and his siblings, Herman Frederick Hoch of Castile, NY, Ruth Hoch Brethen of Warsaw, NY, Richard Walter Hoch (Hilde) of Angola, NY and Manfried L. Hoch of Racine, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
