He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cichocki and Mary Bachorski Cichocki; and his brother Edmund Cichocki. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Weldgen Cichocki; his daughters, Gayle Bush (Mark) of Hudson Falls, Kathy Cardino (Dennis) of Ohio, Thelma Lockwood (Harold) of Texas, Diane Stroud (Tom) of Batavia and Theresa Chastek (Joel) of Rochester; and his siblings, Helen Heale (Joseph) of Batavia, Frank Cichocki, Anna Pastecki and Clara Tuttobene.
In lieu of flowers, masses may be offered for the repose of his soul.
