Jakubaszek (Castile, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 8, 2015, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michael "Hawk" Jakubaszek, Sandra Shade (Dewaine), Debora Marttinen (Jay Henderson), Myra Jakubaszek (Jeff Farney), Sara Roese (Jay) and Laura Regatuso (Michael); and his brother Joseph Jakubaszek.
