He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Wolcott and Leone Kellog Wolcott; his wife Beulah M. Wolcott; and his sister Irma Olin. He is survived by: his children, James Wolcott (Linda) of Corrales, NM, Randall Wolcott of Norwich, NY, Roxanne Seth of Huntington, WV and Cheryl Williams (Robert) of Richmond, VA; and his brother Edwin Wolcott (Hazel) of Castile.
