He was predeceased by : his sister Terry Pender. He is survived by : his parents, Thomas W. Mitchell of Dunnellon and Janice Atkinson Olds of Lexington, N. C; his spouse Jennifer Hemenway; his daughters, Shannon Mitchell of Cattaraugus, Nora Mitchell of Cattaraugus and Katherine Mitchell of Cattaraugus; his siblings, Jeff Mitchell (Cindy) of North Carolina, Jamie Mitchell of North Carolina, Tommy Hill of North Carolina, Tim Mitchell (Michelle) of Florida and Tammie Medley (Jerry) of Alabama; and also On Sept. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
