He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Y. Curtis and Doris Curtis (McGraw). He is survived by: his sister Susan Mikula; his sibling's children, Kelly West and Scott "Pal" Mikula; his great-nephew Ty McKoy; and his aunts, Marilyn Baldwin, Martha McGraw and Beverly McGraw.
