She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joseph Cavalcante and Lena Cavalcante (Lazio); her brothers, Jack and Andre; her daughter Charisse (Larry); her husband Thomas P. Moysak; her daughter-in-law Jane; and her grandchildren, Gianna (Salvatore), Marlaina and Nicole. She was also cherished by her many friends and beloved cousins.

In lieu of flowers, they ask to consider donating to the Alzheimers Association in memory of Terri and the millions of cherished lives lost to this battle.
