We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2021, at the age of 68, Phyllis E. Rossingnol of Ceres, New York, born in Olean, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Emmett J. Bean and Bertha Goodell Bean; her spouse Russell J. Rossingnol; her daughters, Renee Brown (Dave) of Olean and Raquel Graham (Kevin Sinn) of Westmoreland, TN; her grandchildren, Alexander Weakfall, II, Ebony Graham, Kiesha Elliott, Bryanna Graham and Blake Sinn; and her siblings, Ronald Bean (Georgia) of Allegany, Kenneth Bean of Goshem, IN and Cindy Tillow (Robert) of Keokuk, IA. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
