She was predeceased by: her parents, John Malysa and Rose Malysa (Glucky); and her siblings, Mary Butrym, Louise Nichols, Margaret Goodstall, Harry Molesky, Frank Malysa and Michael Malysa.

She is survived by: her spouse Henry S. Poquadeck; and her sister-in-law Bernice Malysa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers friends may contribute to do so to the American Heart Association in her memory.
