She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cayea and Freda Cayea (Davis); her granddaughter Shannon Collins; and her siblings, Clifford "Bill", John "Pug", Roger, Frederick "Peanut" Cayea, Jeanette Miller and Lucille Ducharme.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Johnson; her daughters, Margaret Johnson of Gloucester, MA, JoAnn Forkey (Larry) of Lyon Mountain and Beth Guzman (Pete) of Lancaster, PA; her grandchildren, Nicole Matoza (Bruce), Benjamin Forkey (Brittney), Christopher Forkey (Katrina), Peter Guzman (Sammy) and Viola Forkey; her grandson-in-law Jonathon Collins; her great grandchildren, Kyla, Alison, Max, Blake, Ethan, Alexandria, John, Kadance, Clark and Hudson; and her siblings, Patrick Cayea (Rhonda McKee) of Lyon Mountain, Anthony Cayea (Alice) of Lyon Mountain, Donald "Joe" Cayea (Lori) of Lyon Mountain, Jeannie LaMare of Lyon Mountain, Floyd Cayea (Christine) of Cadyville and Mary Louise Murtha (Tim) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
