It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Richard Sitzer of Chatham, New York, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl Richard Sitzer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Sitzer and Sarah Thompson Sitzer; and his wife Louise. He is survived by : his sons, John Of Valatie (Julie) and Ken (Jen) of Ghent; his granddaughters, Kayla Meehan (Robert) of Valatie and Tiffany (Bobby) of Kinderhook; his sister Joan Pratt of Florida; and his pet Misty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
