It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Friedel (Chatham, New York), who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frederick Friedel to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Claire Friedel and Wilfred Friedel; his son Geoffrey; and his sisters, Jean, Gladys and Ruth.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara (McCagg) of Chatham; his son Heath Friedel (Rebecca) of East Greenbush; and his grandchildren, Riley and Grayson of East Greenbush.

CHATHAM – Frederick "Freddie" Friedel, affectionately known as "Father Chatham" died May 24, 2020 at Columbia Memorial Hospital of complications from the pandemic coronavirus-19.
