It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Collins Sr. of Chazy, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Collins and Mildred Collins (Brileya); his son Keith Jr.; his brothers, David and Steve; and his nephew Kyle Dube.
He is survived by: his wife Dorla; his son Darrell Collins (Nancy); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Angelina and Marissa Collins; his sisters, Ann Collins and Katherine Dube; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
