He was predeceased by: his wife Concetta. He is survived by: his children, Marie Balen (Jeffery) and Laurie Perritano (Tony); his grandchildren, Maria Gullo (Giovanni), Conor Balen, Grifin Balen and Olivia Balen; his great grandchild Gemma Jean Gullo; and his sisters, Carmela Zavatti (late Augusto), Serafina Bona (late Rino) and Rosaria Frezza (Andrea). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
