He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose Dziedzic and Lawrence Dziedzic; his brother Albert Dziedzic; his cousins, Esther Surowiec (late Julian) and Joseph Kulczyk (Joan); and his friend Frank Benbenek (Irene).

He is survived by : his cousins, Marie Urbanski (late Thomas) and Christine Mruk (William) of Rochester.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Nativity of BVM Church, 4375 Harris Hill Rd. Williamsville, NY 14221.
