He was predeceased by : his parents, Stella Zajac and Michael Zajac; and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by : his spouse Chun Cha "Margie" Zajac; his son Tim Zajac; and his siblings, Richard (late Betty), Paul (Gertie), Freddie (Carol) and John. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
