He was predeceased by : his son Timothy (Cheryl); and his brothers, Donald (late Cheri) and Richard Kubiak. He is survived by : his wife Carol Kubiak; his children, Ronald (Barbara), Gerald (Elizabeth), Tammy Kubiak, Grampa and Victoria; and his brother Robert (Shirley).
