He is survived by: his children, Patrick Gallagher of Albany, NY, Edward Gallagher (Rose) of Chester, NY and Jeanne Beard (Robin) of Alexandria, VA.; his grandchildren, Amanda Alavez, Chelsea Hackett, Halie and Robin Beard; his brother James Gallagher; and his uncle God Father. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
