She was predeceased by : her parents, Carmelo Fazio and Maria Marsona Fazio; her husbands, Allen Dodds Sample and Everett "Tom" Colbert; her daughter Linda Belli; her brother Frank Fazio; and her nephew Michael Fazio.
She is survived by : her children, Mark Colbert, Kevin Sample, Kimberly Colbert, Janet Smith, Sandy Morelli and Karen Colbert; and her great great grandchild Josephine Hughes. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
